It is useful as a film former in inks, overprint varnishes, and nail lacquer topcoats. It may be used alone or in combination with CAP-482-0.5. In accordance with food additive requlations published by the

United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).CAP-482-20 is lawful for use in certain food-contact applications subject to any limitations in the regulations.
